We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. If you need to return an item, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Our return policy

  1. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
  2. Please contact our customer service to initiate a return request via returns@adamandhawaa.nl
  3.  They will provide you with the necessary instructions and guide you through the return process.
  4. Make sure the item is in its original condition, unopened, unused including all packaging and labels.
  5. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
  7. Please be aware that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. Please check the product page for more information.

Once item is received and passes quality control review a refund will be issues to the person and account that made the orginal purchase. Please allow 4-8 business days for it to reflect into your account.
