Shipping to Customers

At ADAM & HAWAA we strive to deliver your order quickly and safely to your doorstep. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure that your package is handled with care and arrives on time.

Our shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping option. We aim to ship your order within 2 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, so you can track your package.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your order status to be updated after placing the order, and up to 72 hours during the weekend. Additional delays may occur during national and religious holidays.

Shipments to the United States are handled by either DHL or FedEx. If your shipping confirmation email mentioned FedEx, you can track your order on the FedEx website. Just click on “Tracking” in the menu and enter the tracking number you received via email. Let us know if you need any further assistance!
